Jules Flow Yoga

The style of yoga Jules teaches is based on Ashtanga Vinyasa but her sessions are tailored to each student or group's needs.

The emphasis is on co-ordinating the breath with movement in, and between, classic postures. Each session starts with a period of stillness, followed by asana (postures) and rounded off with a short meditation.
